Audrey Seipert

Of all the sports I have played, softball is absolutely my favorite because I love to be on the mound contributing to a team win. There’s nothing like a 3 and 2 count , throwing a drop ball and making the batter look silly as they swing for a 3rd strike. Having the pleasure of playing with such a talented and committed group of girls has been such an amazing experience. What I find so great about my softball team is that we all come from all over for one thing. Softball. Softball has brought us together as great friends and as great athletes.

Playing softball has taught me the values of  hard work, leadership, determination and most of all the satisfaction of giving it your all and finding success and achievement within that. I believe that hard work and doing all the little things can take you anywhere in life. With working hard and doing the little things I plan to play college softball and pursue a career in health care. “The difference between Ordinary and extraordinary is the little extra.”
